Managing Director
Farhat Ehsan
Farhat Ehsan, the Managing Director of Rose Group of Companies is considered to be one of the pioneers of Pakistan’s Beauty industry. She introduced the concept of quality beauty services including bridal and party makeup to the common woman of Pakistan. Together with her husband Sheikh Ehsan, she laid the foundation of Rose Beauty Parlour in March 1982.
After receiving professional beauty education and training from abroad, Farhat decided to utilize her learning and knowledge for improving the standards of beauty treatment in Pakistan by employing modern beauty techniques and treatments available in other parts of the world locally.
Farhat has travelled the world to seek professional training and education in Beauty, Skin and Hair Treatments. She has done courses in Skincare, Hair Treatment, Laser Facial, Microderm Laser Technique and Photo Facial from Korea. She also went to London to take professional classes in Makeup, travelled to USA to get trained in Dermalogica and to Paris for Guinot training. She learnt Massage, Spa, and Pressure Point techniques from Singapore and Thailand. Farhat also sought professional trainings in Lebanese Makeup and Hair Fashion from Dubai and Italy respectively. Farhat introduced the concept of facials and face polish by making 3D Facial, Inno Facial, and Oxygen Facial treatments available in Pakistan.

Satwat Ehsan
Satwat Ehsan is one of the Directors of the Rose Parlour (Pvt. Ltd.). Professionally trained in Guinot Treatment from Paris & Hairstyling from Australia, Dubai, and Europe, Satwat is one of the main pillars of Rose Parlour (Pvt. Ltd.). She went to Tony and Guy London in 2013 where she got professionally trained in Hairstyling, Hair Treatment, Hair Color and Texture. She also got Dermalogica training from London.
In 2013, when the foundations of Rose Beauty College were laid, Satwat decided to serve the women community by imparting her knowledge and skills to aspiring girls and young women as a professional Trainer and Instructor. Satwat also plans to launch her Organic Skincare Collection soon.

Ramsha Ehsan
Ramsha Ehsan is one of the Directors of Rose Parlour (Pvt. Ltd.). Ramsha received her education and training in Beauty from abroad. She went to France to get trained in Guinot and to Australia to get professional training in Hairstyling. She came back to Pakistan in 2009 and started supervising the operations at Rose Beauty Parlour.
Ramsha has taken professional courses in Skincare and Hair Treatment courses in Dubai, Istanbul, and Europe. She went to Toni and Guy London in 2013 where she received Hair Treatment, Coloring, and Texture training. She is professionally trained in Dermalogica Treatment from Dermalogica London and got her training in Hair, Nail, and Massage from Malaysia.
Ramsha is a specialized Trainer in Skincare at the “Rose Beauty College”. She always wanted to be a fashion designer and had dreamt of launching her own fashion label right from her training days. In 2015, she launched her fashion brand named Ramsha Bilal Designs – a fashion boutique known for the uniqueness, elegance, and style of its fashion line of products. Ramsha also plans to launch her new range of Makeup products soon.

Shaikh Abdul Sami Ehsan
Abdul Sami Ehsan is the Vice Chairman of the Rose beauty Parlour (Pvt. Ltd.). He entered the Hair and Beauty industry at a very young age. Sami has studied abroad with focus on Hair Care and hair glamour Techniques. He is professionally trained in Hair Fashion from Toni and Guy London. Abdul Sami is also as expert Trainer at Rose Beauty college.
Abdul Sami’s most favourite way to express his creativity is Hair. He believes that sharing your passion and continuously learning from anyone and everyone around you is the key to success.
Sami is creative, intuitive, and expressive. He has invested his time in designing of salons and their architecture. He is also look after Rose group media platform aimed at leveraging the equity of Rose Parlour (Pvt. Ltd.) to help in the growth and development of the Rose group and people of Pakistan.

Abdul Sami Ehsan has a proven track record of successfully closing numerous real estate deals, ranging from residential properties to commercial spaces and investment opportunities.
